Today I am participating in a blog hop where we were challenged to create a “pink” project using any of Stampin’ Up!’s pinks/shades of pink and current Stampin’ Up! products to create a card, tag, scrapbook page, home décor piece, gift wrap, etc. I decided use items in the Quilted Christmas Suite to make this card with breast cancer patients, survivors and those currently fighting in mind. I have a very thoughtful and giving friend who recently began her chemo therapy treatment to fight this cancer and a few other friends who are survivors.
This card spells out HOPE and has what I intended to be arrows pointing towards the heart. HOPE and LOVE. The supplies are listed below along with a link for you to download the list, with thumbnails, as a PDF document.
Breast cancer can’t be prevented so please remember to do a routine self-examination to help detect it earlier. You can get a helpful guide about breast health and information on how you can help by clicking here for the National Breast Cancer Foundation website.
